The AFWM is the largest non-official support group for family members and friends of trainees who are experiencing Air Force Basic Military Training. Some of the duties of the AFWM include, providing directions to family members visiting the base, where family members can purchase signs and banners, lodging accommodations, and social media discussion groups. "We are all virtual admins, we have representatives throughout the entire United States, through Facebook and our official website.
