Lieutenant Colonel JEREMY A. PATRICK

Lt. Col. Jeremy Allen Patrick is the commander of the 433rd Operations Group, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. He directs the operations and activities of approximately 600 people assigned to the operations group and six subordinate units. The Alamo Wing is also the home for all C-5M Super Galaxy aircrew training. The 433rd Operations Group is comprised of the 433rd Operations Support Squadron, 68th Airlift Squadron, 356th Airlift Squadron, 733rd Training Squadron, 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, and the 433rd Contingency Response Flight. The group provides mission-ready Airmen for worldwide combat commitments and is the Formal Training Unit for the C-5M aircrew, which graduates more than 700 aircrew per year.

Lt. Col. Patrick received his commission upon graduation from the Air Force Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, December 2001. He graduated from pilot training in 2003 and has held numerous flying positions in addition to serving as an Air Mobility Liaison Officer at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and as Wing Chief of Safety at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. In his career he has amassed more than 4,000 flying hours, including more than 2,200 combat hours throughout Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria during multiple deployments to the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, and PACOM areas of responsibility. He also took part in Operations Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, Unified Protector, Odyssey Dawn and Juniper Micron.

Prior to his current assignment, Lt. Col. Patrick served as an Air Reserve Technician assigned as the Operations Officer, 312th Airlift Squadron, Travis Air Force Base, California. As the Operations Officer, he directed the daily administration and flight operations of a squadron assigned more than 160 personnel and was responsible for planning, implementation, and oversight of personnel allocation, recruiting, retention, training, and budget; thereby providing 29 mission-ready C-5M crew to support essential global strategic airlift operations.
