Application deadline extended: Alamo Wing's 15th Annual Bosses' Day Published Oct. 1, 2008 By Elsa Martinez 433 AW Public Affairs LACKLAND AFB, Texas -- The 15th annual Bosses' Day at the 433rd Airlift Wing, Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas, is scheduled for Sat., Nov. 15, 2008. Civilian bosses of wing reservists will fly aboard an Alamo Wing C-5A Galaxy, the largest aircraft in the U.S. Air Force inventory. Event also features demonstrations by maintenance, aeromedical and aerial-port professionals. Afterward, Airmen and their civilian bosses are invited to a catered Texas barbecue luncheon. Employers lunch cost is covered by the Texas Committee of Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve. Reservists pay $8.00 for the meal. Nomination forms and a tentative itinerary are now available at the public affairs office or on our website here. The deadline has been extended for a limited time so get your civilian boss nominated ASAP.
