2018 Employer Day nominations open Published June 3, 2018 433rd Airlift Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas -- The 433rd Airlift Wing Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s Employer Day 2018 nomination process is underway. What a better way to say thank you to a supportive employer than to nominate them for the ride of their life. As a member of the Alamo Wing, you can nominate your employer to take part in the event which will include a local flight on a C-5M Super Galaxy on Aug. 4. The ESGR Employer’s Day is designed to educate employers on the many facets of military service in the Guard and Reserves. This event will give your employers a better understanding of their employee's military role, mission, equipment, and the amount of dedication that it takes to hold down both a civilian and military job. Nominations must be received by July 23. To nominate your employer for this event, complete the Bosslift nomination form and email it to DMS.433AWPA@us.af.mil.
